Frequently Asked Q’s

Once you have purchased your punch card, we unfortunately do not allow re-funds. For this reason, we highly recommend you try a few of our bowls prior to committing to a punch card. However, if you have purchased a card, please redeem them at your own rate, as our cards do not expire. You are also able to  dine-in OR take-out with your cards.

If you feel you won’t be able to come in as often as you hope… you are more than welcome to transfer your card to someone else. In order to go this route, please email: Info@thewholebowl.ca.

We take orders up until the night before picking up. So, if you’d like your meals for Monday pick up, simply get your order in to us by Sunday night. We get our day started at 6am in terms of picking up groceries and poultry so even if we do not reply at night confirming your order, we will first thing in the morning.

We cater to all sorts of diets. We cover the Atkins diet, Keto diet, HCG diet, Vegetarian or Vegan diets, high protein diets, body building competition diets, you name it we do it. We also offer custom meal service which offers even more options for our customer’s needs!

All of our menu options are “clean” as we do focus on whole foods. You will also notice that we are transparent with the macro nutrient and caloric count on our bowls.

If any of the bowls are a little higher in calories than you’d prefer, we can always adjust such as decreasing carbs by going with less rice and more greens or reduce fat by including less sauce. 

We are very flexible and here to help!

Most of our meals fall within the 450-550 calorie mark which is fairly low and ideal for anyone trying to lose weight. By opting for quinoa or half the rice, you would cut the calories even further. The next option would be to opt for no rice or quinoa but instead go with a spinach and lettuce-based salad.

Yes, you are able to do 5-7 meals or however many you choose per week. If you prepay for our 5,10 or 20 meal packages, you can redeem them at your own rate whether they be over the span of a week or a month, it’s totally up to you! 

Unlike your competitors, we prepare your meals the day of pick up. This gives us an extra day’s time in the fridge. Even with that said, we do not recommend keeping meals for any longer than 3-4 days as the quality and freshness of your food will drop the longer that it is kept in the refrigerator.

We offer daily meal prep pick up for all of our food items other than our Keto menu. Our Keto menu is available for pick-ups on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our hours of business are 11-7pm on weekdays and 12-5 on weekends.

If for any reason you are un-satisfied with your meals, you must notify us within 48 hour’s of picking up your order. A picture must be sent to info@thewholebowl.ca with the item’s that aren’t to your satisfaction as well as a note with the description of the issue.
