Have you recently purchased a package on our website and are unsure what steps to take on placing your first order?Take a look below and let’s get you started! 

All our meal prep packages come with the same essential guidelines.

  1. You can redeem the meals as you go, this means there is no rush to redeem all your meals at once. Your packages do not expire, this means you can redeem your meals as often as you please! 
  2. Once you have chosen which meals you would like to pick up for your first order, send an email over to info@thewholebowl.ca.
  3. Once you have placed your order someone will respond back confirming your order and confirmation for your pick up date/time. 
  4. If you have purchased a package and are unsure which meals best fit your goals/macro needs please email our team at info@thewholebowl.ca. A representative will be in touch with you to give you a better idea of which meals/plan fit your needs the best.
