Ordering process:
- Orders can be placed through our website.
- All orders must be placed Monday/Friday midnight. There is also a live countdown on our website for cut off’s.
- Orders are subject to availability. In the event that a particular meal is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.
Meal selections and customization:
- We offer a variety of meals catering to different dietary preferences, including but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and low-carb options.
- Customers can customize their meals to meet specific dietary requirements. However, please note that additional charges may apply for certain customizations.
Payment and pricing:
- Payment is due at the time of ordering for order’s to be confirmed.
- We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
Deliveries and pick up:
- We offer both delivery and pickup options.
- Delivery fees apply based on location distance from our home base. Our online delivery system will automacticlly calculate the rate at checkout.
- Customers opting for pickup can collect their orders at the designated pickup location during store hours.
Quality and satisfaction:
- We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness in our meals.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue
